Rules

i. This is my second blog and therefore replies may be slower- please be patient with me as I have a full time job and this is a hobby.ii. I am in my twenties and therefore am only comfortable interacting with other writers aged 21+iii. I do not expect to explore many dark themes on this blog (no darker than what would be included in episodes of TSJA and DW, anyway!) but i will tag anything that may be potentially triggering. If we are mutuals, let me know if there are any specific triggers you would like me to tag.iv. This is a literate, mutuals-only blog. I do not have any expectations of length for replies or starters but I tend to write at least a paragraph. Plotting is always welcome and I am also happy to write and chat on discord.

Biography

i. BASICS
Name: Sky Smith
Nicknames: Sparky
Age: Physically 12-20 years old. Biologically 1-8 years old.
Gender/Sexuality: Female, Asexual
Species: Fleshkind ; Humanoid
Planet of Origin: Fulgur, in the Tornado Nebula

ii. APPEARANCE
Sky resembles an ordinary human girl. The only indication of her Fleshkind biology are her eyes, which glow orange when she is using her abilities. She also went through a period of rapid aging, changing from a baby to a twelve year old girl in a matter of minutes when exposed by Miss Meyers to the Metalkind. Nonetheless, her brain and maturity aged along with her physical form, and after this incident her aging slowed to that of a Human’s.
iii. ABILITIES
Powers: Sky was created by Miss Meyers as a bioweapon intended to exterminate the Metalkind as part of an ongoing war between the two species. She was primed to detonate on contact with the Metalkind, creating a force greater than a supernova as a genocide bomb and wiping out the race and herself in the process. However, this catastrophe was averted by Sarah Jane Smith and the Bannerman Road Gang. After absorbing the full force of a nuclear power station, Sky lost her supernova level abilities. She was left with the ordinary abilities of all Fleshkind to manipulate electricity. She is sensitive to electrical fluctuations and her powers will continue to develop as she ages.
As Sky is not human, she is immune to many human illnesses and diseases. However, ordinary human medicine such as penicillin and aspirin can prove fatal to her, and she is much more sensitive to colds and flus. She is more resistant to high temperatures and lower oxygen levels, as well as higher levels of UV radiation due to the conditions of her home planet.
Sky is revealed to be the daughter of The Trickster, an extra-dimensional alien who was once banished from the known universe. The Trickster has the ability to bend reality and the timelines of individuals who he manipulates into making bargains with him. Sky inherits these reality-altering powers which the Trickster forcibly awakens in her. Initially out of control, with the help from her family and friends she evolves into a dimensional entity bound to guard the Trickster in an eternal prison… forever.
Abilities: Sky is able to learn and retain information faster than the average human. She is especially proficient at computers due to her electrical affinity.

Verses

i. AN UNEARTHLY CHILD
The planet Fulgur in the Tornado Nebula has been torn apart by war between the Fleshkind and Metalkind. Miss Meyers, determined to win the war for the Fleshkind, bio-engineers the perfect weapon to wipe out the Metalkind- a baby girl with the power of a supernova inside of her. Unknown to anyone else, immortal being the Trickster infuses the baby with his own DNA.
Before Miss Meyers can use her weapon, the baby is stolen by space traveller The Shopkeeper, who seeks to prevent the genocide. He leaves the baby with Sarah Jane Smith, who names her Sky- because it seems she has ‘fallen out of it’.
However, baby Sky is kidnapped by Miss Meyers, and brought to a nuclear power plant to trigger a prime transformation. This rapidly ages her into a preadolescent girl. Miss Meyers threatens to bring the war between Fleshkind and Metalkind to the Earth if Sky does not comply with her- Sky agrees to go with her back to Fulgur. However, Clyde and Rani prevent the conflict from teleporting to Earth, and Miss Meyers is forcefully teleported back to Fulgur by a lone Metalkind. The resultant discharge of energy from the teleportation sends the nuclear plant into meltdown- Sky absorbs all of the energy fallout, preventing catastrophe and wiping out her own potential as a living bomb. She is left as a twelve year old girl, with residual electricity based powers.ii. THE POWER OF THREE
Sky is adopted by Sarah Jane Smith and lives with her and her adoptive brother, Luke Smith. She joins the Bannerman Road Gang in fighting alien threats and protecting Earth. (12-18 years old).
iii. FATHER’S DAY
In an attempt to take over the Earth, the Trickster returns and activates his DNA in Sky. This triggers a physical transformation so that Sky resembles the Trickster, and inherits some of his reality-warping powers. Though he almost succeeds in using Sky as a weapon against her friends and family, her powers overload her and she transforms into a dimensional entity that banishes the Trickster from reality. Sky sacrifices her reality-warping powers to trap him in an eternal prison. (18 years old)
iv. FAREWELL, SARAH JANE
At the age of twenty, Sky’s mother Sarah Jane Smith passes away. Shocked and grieving, Sky leaves home to explore the universe and continue her family’s legacy of fighting alien threats. (20+, main verse)
